(i)Nur Safiah Bte Alias, will be refered to as, my client.
(ii)This agreement will be referred to as THE CONTRACT.

1. Even if you are not happy to call her, SOUND happy because then she will really think you are not happy to talk to her and it gives the impression that you are forced to talk to her which is not a good thing since you are supposed to be her friend, aren't you

2. If you cannot follow rule #1, please stick to SMSing since my client is not willing to hear your draggy and sad voice as she does not know why in the world you are feeling so miserable to talk to her since Nur Safiah Bte Alias makes most people smile.

3. Whenever my client sms-es you, please be willing to move a small fraction of your body, your fingers, to reply her back as this is basic and common courtesy. As my client bothers to sms you, naturally you should bother to sms her back. Failure to do so will result in my client giving up hope on you and not trying to communicate to you in anyway in the future. Not following this action suggests to my client that you are not happy with her. As my client does not know why in the world you are not happy with her she will think that you are unhappy with her as a friend. Further not telling my client why you are unhappy will result in her really wondering why you feel that way towards my client.

4. Failure to obey the rules written above will result in severe consequences whereby my client will try to avoid you as her heart has frozen over. This in the natural law is acceptable as what you give=what you get.

TERMS OF PUNISHMENT: No communication with my client
BAIL COST: Talk to her from your heart and let her in your world
